As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and Murat took his time explaining everything and he walked me through every detail of the process. Murat is also responsive, quick to communicate and friendly person. He has always made himself readily available to check out houses at any given moment. We visited more than 20 houses. During all the visits, he shared his observations about the house and explained whether it is a small thing that can be ignored or a big issue needs to be considered. Murat helped us make informed decisions all the way, from whether we should rent or buy, to making the right offer when we found the one! He spent a few of his weekends and sometimes early weekdays to checkout houses. We literally visited about 30 houses or so. He was so patient all the time. During the house hunting, Murat somewhat became a member of our family, even joined our watsup group for faster communication between me, himself and my family abroad - shared all sorts of thoughtful tips along. I'd imagine no better responsiveness than that. As soon as we felt like we found our home, Murat was so fast in arranging inspection, communicated with seller agent so that we make sure we get the right time for inspection results. He helped me make the right offer, and eventually our offer was accepted. I feel so lucky that I had a chance to work with Murat, will definetely look for his help next time I need to sell / buy.

Murat was an absolute delight to work with. We've known him socially for a couple of years now and decided to leverage his experience when we entered the market to purchase property. We've been absolutely blown away by his knowledge and professionalism. This was our first home purchase, so we definitely had a lot of questions throughout the closing process, and Murat made himself available to respond to all of our texts promptly. The path from viewing the property, to submitting an offer, and finally to closing was seamless, which was a huge relief, and Murat was instrumental to guiding it along. Three specific examples of how Murat impressed us: 1) After the initial offer, the sellers countered. Murat took the time to help us understand each counter point, the implications of each, and provided us with direct, honest advice for how to proceed. 2) After we received the inspection report, there was one item of concern that came back. The sellers offered a credit that was much lower than the cost of repair, and Murat negotiated with them to match the repair estimate. 3) During the week of closing, the HOA questionnaire required by the lender still hadn't been submitted by the condo building management company. This was the only snag that we hit in the process. Since the lender wasn't having success in getting this, we reached out to Murat and asked what could be done. He immediately contacted the sellers agent to alert them of this, and by end of business the following day, the management company had filled out the questionnaire and returned it to the lender. Because Murat knew what to do in this situation, we were able to close on time. We would whole-heartedly recommend Murat to anyone. He was fantastic to work with, and we're extremely excited about our new home. Thanks, Murat!

Murat is a very professional agent that I recommend; i worked with him for my purchase of house in Kirkland. We were relocating from Dubai so he helped remotely to narrow down the houses, he even visited houses and we did live connection from houses, after we narrowed the houses he helped us to put the best offer, he did great negotiation and we got our first house in Kirkland with him. He is always very responsive and made all lender and escrow relations smoothly also. I am so glad I worked with him and I recommend him to everyone.

I couldn't have a better Real Estate Professional. It was my first home buying experience, and I didn’t know where to start from and more importantly, who to trust. •First, Murat took the necessary time to listen and understand what I was looking for. What were my must haves, nice to haves and budget? Based on that knowledge, he brought the right set of condos and houses to my attention, which made the process very efficient, stress-free, and even fun. Apart from that, whenever I was not sure, he showed different condos and houses for exploratory purposes to really crystalize what exactly I was looking for. •Second, not only he is very knowledgeable and experienced in the process but also he educated me along the way providing the accurate and right level information.
